Hydraulic Supply & Repair Shop

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our hydraulic supply and repair team. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing solutions for hydraulic hoses, fittings, components, and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hydraulic products and services.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with shop and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Stay knowledgeable on hydraulic products, applications, and industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at customer locations.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in hydraulics, industrial supply, heavy equipment, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Mechanical aptitude or understanding of hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, etc.)
